Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of ordering from a hidden gem in Fredericksburg—Let’s Break Bread Home Cooking and Catering, LLC. From the moment I walked in, I felt transported to a warm, family-centered haven. The restaurant boasts a beautifully inviting atmosphere that radiates love and tradition, making it an experience that’s more than just about the food.
I ordered the Chicken Bulgogi and Korean pancakes and indulged in some divine desserts—Turon (Banana/jackfruit lumpia) and Ube Cake. Every bite was a testament to the care and skill that goes into their cooking. The Chicken Bulgogi was perfectly seasoned and tender, while the Turon brought back nostalgic memories of the Philippines with its crispy, caramelized goodness. The Ube Cake? A slice of perfection that melts in your mouth!
What truly set this place apart, though, was the incredible hospitality. The staff made me feel welcome, like part of their family—a Blessed Family. Madame Maria’s warmth and genuine care made the experience unforgettable.
And here’s some exciting news—they’re planning to set up Karaoke Nights soon! What could be better than delicious food and joyful singing in such a heartwarming setting?
